Mingenew Midwest Expo

This year I had the pleasure of cooking on stage at one of our local Expo's, the Mingenew Midwest Expo.

I really wanted to show people how easy it is to incorporate lupin flour into their recipes & to show people how yummy it can taste.

Our daughter Maddison came and helped me out, which was so lovely to have her by my side.  Together we started with our savoury muffins  and pancakes in the morning & the afternoon consisted of choc brownie muffins using our wholemeal lupin flour as well as crumbed chicken using a combination of wholemeal and self raising lupin flours.  

The feedback was great, people were surprised & happy to taste something that is lupin & yummy.  

Even Robert had a go up on the stage, he jumped in & helped out some other great guys cooking up a storm.
