We have finally hit the go button. My Provincial Kitchen products are now available on our website. This has been a long time in the making.
Robert starting exploring the opportunities of diversifying with lupins in 2011. He has looked as many different options for where lupins fit best into food & brought all his knowledge back to the farm where we have decided to work with what we know best first.

NUTRITIOUS WHOLEMEAL LUPIN FLOUR
This product is made using the whole seed. It is taken in it purest form & milled to a flour to bring you the best possible product.
Wholemeal lupin flour is naturally gluten free, has 37% protein & 42% fibre while only having 6% carbs. This nutrient dense flour is a powerhouse. It also has iron, calcium, potassium, amino acids, B vitamins just to name a few.
The thing is that people don't necessarily know how to use lupin flour in their baking or cooking. We'll show you how in the recipes we share here on our website.
