Anzac fruit crumble

Our Lupin Anzac Biscuit pack is a versatile product.  You aren't only restricted to making Anzac biscuits with this mix.  

We love to use it in a fruit crumble, here's how I've used it.

YOU WILL NEED

1 pack of Lupin Anzac Biscuits
60g rice malt syrup/maple syrup or golden syrup
40g coconut oil (or you can use butter)
20g water
6 apples or tin of pie fruit
cinnamon

NOW WHIP IT UP

Peel, core & slice apples, pop in saucepan (or microwave) with a little water & cinnamon & cook
Preheat over to 170°C (fan forced)
Grease base of casserole dish
Place cooked or tinned fruit in casserole dish
Melt syrup, oil & water together until warm
Add biscuit mix & stir well to combine
Spread biscuit mix on top of fruit
Bake in oven 20 minutes till topping is golden brown
Remove from oven & allow to cool, or not
Devour with ice cream, cream or custard
