Bliss Balls

Who doesn't love Bliss Balls? They are the perfect snack for busy work days, drives town, or lunchboxes! Not only are these tasty their protein & healthy fat content from the lupins, nuts & seeds included make them nutritious and an energy boosting tool for you! 


  • 1 cup walnuts

  • 1 cup almonds

  • 1 cup cashews

  • ½ cup pepitas

  • ¾ cup coconut flakes

  • 1/3 cup toasted flaked lupins

  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa (optional)

  • 10 dates – deseeded

  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup



  • If your dates are hard, it is best to deseed them & then soak them in hot water for approx. 10 minutes to make them easier to blend

  • Combine nuts, seeds, coconut, cocoa & lupins into food processor & process until desired consistency

  • Add dates & maple syrup & blend all ingredients together

  • Pour mixture into bowl & roll spoonfulls into balls

  • You can either coat in coconut, melted chocolate or leave as is

  • If your bliss balls are not coming together (if they feel a l little dry) you can always add a little water, start with 1 teaspoon & increase from there
