Chocolate Lupin Brownie

Today has been a wonderful day for baking.
I grabbed our Choc Lupin Brownie & I decided to add some dried fruit, just to switch it up a little.

Pouring fruit & nut into a chocolate brownie batter in bowl⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀


1 x pack of choc 🍫 lupin brownie
2 eggs 🥚- lightly beaten
100g maple syrup (or choice of sweetener)
150g coconut oil (or butter)
1/3 cup fruit & nut⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀


Line 20cm x 20cm pan
Preheat oven to 160°
Melt maple syrup & coconut oil. Allow to cool
Pour brownie mix into medium sized bowl, add fruit & nut, add eggs & cooled oil mix
Stir to combine well 🥄
Now give it another good mix to make sure the flours are able to absorb the liquid
Pour batter into prepared pan
Bake for 15-20 mins
Cool on wire rack
Devour while warm, with some coconut yoghurt, ice cream or thick cream
