Chocolate Lupin Brownie

Even those people who don’t have a sweet tooth enjoy this. It’s got just the right amount of everything & you won’t even realise it’s gluten free.
YOU WILL NEED
100g Maple Syrup (or preferred sweetener)
150g Coconut Oil (or butter)
2 Eggs- lightly beaten
NOW WHIP IT UP
Pour Brownie premix into a medium sized bowl, add eggs and melted oil mix
Stir to combine well
Now give it another good mix to make sure the flours are active
Pour batter into prepared pan
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until a skewer inserted comes out clean (15 minutes for a fudgier texture)
Cool in pan for 5 minutes while still warm with a little coconut yoghurt or thick cream
