Chocolate Lupin Brownie

Have you been searching for the perfect Chocolate Brownie? One that is gooey like fudge, but light and fluffy, and not too sweet? What about the additional benefits of being loaded with nutritious ingredients?  We’ve got you covered.  Our choc lupin brownie is a favourite all round.  Even those people who don’t have a sweet tooth enjoy this.  It’s got just the right amount of everything & you won’t even realise it’s gluten free.


100g Maple Syrup (or preferred sweetener)

150g Coconut Oil (or butter)

2 Eggs- lightly beaten


Pour Brownie premix into a medium sized bowl, add eggs and melted oil mix

Stir to combine well

Now give it another good mix to make sure the flours are active

Pour batter into prepared pan

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until a skewer inserted comes out clean (15 minutes for a fudgier texture)

Cool in pan for 5 minutes while still warm with a little coconut yoghurt or thick cream
