Double Choc Cookies

There is always a need for Double Choc Cookies. Always. And even better when you can confidently call them Healthy Double Choc Cookies.

Double Choc Cookies

You Will Need

  • 1 ¼ cup Self Raising Lupin Flour
  • ¼ cup ground linseed
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup almond meal
  • ¼ cup cocoa
  • ¼ teaspoon bicarb
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 40g choc chips

Now Whip It Up

  1. Preheat oven to 170° C
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper
  3. Add maple syrup & coconut oil to bowl & melt (either in microwave or on stove top)
  4. Combine dry ingredients (except choc chips) & mix well
  5. Add wet to dry ingredients & mix well
  6. Mix in choc chips
  7. Roll spoonful's into balls & placed on prepared tray
  8. Flatten slightly with fork
  9. Bake for approx 10-12 minutes
