Lupin Raspberry White Chocolate Loaf

If you love the smell of sweet raspberries, mixed with marshmallows, but prefer to snack on something a little less sweet then this is your product. Our Lupin Raspberry White Chocolate Loaf is delicious at any time of the day.


2 Eggs (lightly beaten)

80ml Milk (of your choice)

125g melted Butter (or 100ml light flavoured Oil)


Line & grease an 11 x 15cm loaf pan

Preheat oven to 150°C (fan forced)

Pour loaf premix into medium mixing bowl

Add Eggs, Milk, Melted Butter, and mix well to combine

Pour batter into prepared pan

Bake for 45 minutes (rotating every 15 minutes) until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

Cool in pan for 5 minutes before turning onto wire cooling rack.

Store in airtight container, OR EAT THE LOT!
