More donuts - Raspberry white choc this time

The farmer came up with the idea of baking our Raspberry white choc loaf up into donuts.  I couldn't say no to the opportunity to have a play with one of our mixes.

2 eggs
120ml milk of choice
100g coconut oil, melted & cooled
1 x 500g pack Lupin raspberry white choc loaf packet mix

Preheat oven to 170°C
Grease donuts pans with coconut or a light flavoured oil
Crack eggs into bowl & beat lightly
Add milk & mix to combine
Stir in packet mix & combine all ingredients well
Add coconut oil & stir again until all ingredients are well combined & there is no dry patches left in the bowl
Spoon mixture into prepared pan & bake for approx 10-12 minutes
Remove from oven & cool on wire rack
These can be eaten as they are, or you can make a simple glaze & top.

1/2 cup icing sugar
2 - 3 Tablespoons milk (of choice)
Pink food colouring

Combine ingredients well & drizzle over cooled donuts.  You can top with sprinkles.

Have fun, take care & I'll see you soon
