Savoury Muffin Pies by Janice
One of our customers - Janice - is always thinking of different ways to use our mixes. She sent this recipe through to me & I just had to share it with you.
YOU WILL NEED
1 cup Savoury Muffin mix
3 eggs
1 cup milk (or cream) this works with dairy free milk too
100g chopped ham
NOW WHIP IT UP
Combine all ingredients together & mix well
Pour into greased & heated pie maker
Cook for 6-7 minutes
This made 8 'pies'

Hi Kerin, I have not made these as yet, but I’m thinking you could cook them in muffin trays. A pie maker is a machine that you can cook pies in, you cook your meat mixture, allow it to cool, pop your pastry in the pie maker, add your cooled filing, then top with more pastry, close the lid & cook.
How do u cook these without a pie maker. What is a pie maker?
