Sweet lupin waffles

There's something special about eating a deliciously crispy waffle.  Topping it with all your favourites to just finish it off.  Here's the recipe we use in our home when making sweet waffles.

YOU WILL NEED

1 1/2 cup Self Raising lupin flour
1
/2 cup Wholemeal lupin flour
1
/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs
1 3/4 cup milk of choice (cows or plant milk works a treat)
100g macadamia or coconut oil
pinch salt

NOW WHIP IT UP

Prepare waffle maker.
Whisk eggs, milk, oil & vanilla together.
Combine flour & sugar in large bowl & make a well in the centre.
Gradually whisk in milk mixture to flour to form a batter.
Pour 1/4 cup measures into waffle maker & cook

Enjoy with your favourite toppings, we love to add some bacon, maple syrup & fruit
